Holiday Cheer and Mickey Ears!

We started December off with a big family trip to Disney!! It was Ceej's 2nd time and the baby's first and we had an absolute BLAST! We spent 4 days in Disney and then went on to Grand Cayman for 4 days. It was tiring and no doubt complicated traveling with 3 - not to mention the stuff you need - my God - the stuff that 3 kids require for a week is insane! But nonetheless it was one for the books and so much fun!

We joked during the trip that the twins really enjoyed their trip because they literally slept their way through Disney. No joke. Like slept most of the time. Because I'm a stay at home momma wrangling 3 little ones like a herd of feral cats I rarely get to baby wear but since there were so many of us and we had an extra set of hands we were able to wear them in the ergos most of the time and they love that! Especially Matty who is a huge cuddler. So you will see in some of the pics - they thoroughly enjoyed catching up on their sleep haha!

One thing I cannot recommend enough for anyone traveling is to order most of what you need from amazon, target, etc. and have it shipped to your destination. At the time the babies were on formula and purees, and obviously all 3 in diapers so I literally didn't pack any of it. We are amazon prime members (and you should be too!!) and we literally had everything shipped straight to the hotel. We even bought the stroller and had it shipped there and just carried it back and it made things so much easier!!! I paid maybe a little more for the items than I would have here at home because I never buy anything without a sale or coupon but it was well worth it.

I also recommend buying a stroller and just having it shipped to your destination if you aren't picky about the kind you want. Honestly - we priced it out and in most cases for a simple umbrella stroller it was cheaper to buy one and have it shipped to the hotel than to rent one. Sure - it's an umbrella vs. maybe a city mini or something - but it saves some dough and you can either bring it home with you, leave it, or even try to sell it. I'm all about saving a buck whenever I can!

So we messed up. We got this Zoe XL2 stroller - which is absolutely amazing by the way and I would recommend it to all twin moms. It's 16 pounds I believe, folds up tiny and is so so lightweight and easy to maneuver. Seriously a must! But I digress...so we though ok we will just bring the double and since Ceej is with his cousins and at the most magical place in the world he will want to walk and run around and be a crazy person - right? No. Not even close. We carried him for 4 days - in our arms, on our back, on our shoulders, in the ergo - in the heat. It. Was. Brutal. Haha - seriously don't make the same mistake we did. From now on we will be renting a stroller for everyone until they are 15.

Sleeping - clearly he was very enthused to meet Mickey

The whole Fam. Kai was clearly excited too!

Ceej sneaking a kiss on Tinkerbell

Obsessed with Ariel. Even now whenever he sees her he says "Momma met her - Mickey's House!"

This is one of my favorite pics from the whole trip. His expression is absolutely priceless.

His Idol - Elsa!

Ceej had Star Wars gummy vitamins as his first big boy vitamins. So now - anything star wars is "vitamin guys" haha

He was pretty intimidating

Ma...sleeping again...

Sleeping babies everywhere...

Ergo magic

How did you kids enjoy Disney...

The twins' first plane ride!

Tandem wearing is not my favorite - and so much respect for momma's who can get them all in on their own!

We got that big shiner a few days before Disney. Ceej was so excited for a happy meal he too off running and fell head first into the corner of the table leg. Oopsie! He earned a trip to urgent care for that one where they told us he was perfectly fine because he was scarfing said happy meal.

Max's 2 bottom teeth though...

Cheers!

One of the few selfie stick selfies you will see from Disney. I bought a fancy new blue tooth one only to find out they are not allowed in Disney - like not at all - like get you kicked out promptly. I'm sure it's somewhere on their website and in the rules but we honestly didn't know. As soon as we snapped this a "cast member" came running up to me and I thought she was going to grab it from my hands. Told me if I didn't put it away she would escort us out. I honestly thought she was joking. Turns out someone used on on one of the rides and caused millions of dollars of damage so they're banned!

First time at Hibachi!

Sleeping...surprises no one haha

Momma and her nugs...

Safari time!

Toy story. Ma is clearly enjoying himself...

2/3 sleeping after spaceship earth. That ride puts me to sleep too...

One of my favorite pics of him...

One in the ergo - one asleep in my arms. Status bad ass

We went to the coke experience while 2/3 were sleeping. This was one of our favorite things pre kids haha so it was nice to get to do it like old times without getting Ceej hopped up on random worldly sodas

Having a beer with our youngest while the oldest catch some zzzzzz's

This should be an add for Disney. Pure Disney content right there!

This one too!!

Could we just talk about those cheeks for a minute?

WWE right in our hotel room!

Cayman!!!! How does he look so grown up?!?!

I think you missed a spot momma...

The first thing I thought when I saw this pic was Jesus look at me? My legs...big ole belly. And then I thought look at those 3 beautiful babies that your body made, created, and nourished. It's been through hell and back and you should be damn proud.

Momma and her princess

I like big buns and I cannot lie

Is there anything cuter than babies in swimsuits?

He was like a total fish in the water!

Family selfies are a little complicated!

How in the heck does he look like such a big boy?

The rest of the month was pretty "normal". Play dates, mall trips to the bounce house and lunch at "hot dog fry" haha at the food court in the mall. Haircuts and crazy Mia antics.

Christmas crafts!!

Shoveling with Daddy and still not a fan of the snow!

Wine and wrapping presents - so many presents!

I love these babies!

Don't know where I would be without these mommas...

Cookie decorating!

My kids are so lucky to have 3 great grandma's still living <3

Candyland with Mamps!

Santa is always watching...

Cookies for santa, carrot for Rudolph

Is this real life? Can I keep them all?

One of my favorite memories was my Dad playing Santa on Christmas morning and passing out the presents. It was so special to see Ceej jumping in and helping Papaw!

Lunch with Meme and Great Granny!
